OTROS APÖPCALIPSIS //

Exposición de pintura comisariada por Cristóbal Belda Navarro // Museo Cristo de la Sangre (Murcia) // abril  – mayo 2023

`Apocalipsis significa Revelación. ApöpCALIPSIS es una revelación POPular.´.

El origen de esta serie de pinturas sobre papel ya se encontraba en la exposición anterior Viejos Dioses, Nuevos Ídolos realizada en el Palacio Almudí (2021), y de la que algunas de estas piezas ya formaron parte (ESTO es HECHO, A los dioses…, Codificado paisaje y OTRO APOCALIPSIS).

Fruto del trabajo y  las conversaciones con «el inabarcable» Cristóbal Belda surgieron otras 2 propuestas: la serie `4 jinetes´ y el libro APÖP APOC, evangelio apócrifo, que se ampliarán para presentarse al público posteriormente en otros espacios.

A lo largo de la exposición se realizaron dos sesiones musicales denominadas OTROS APÖPCALIPSIS SONOROS.

OTHER APÖPCALIPSIS //

Painting exhibition curated by Cristóbal Belda Navarro // Cristo de la Sangre Museum (Murcia) // april – may 2023

`Apocalypse means Revelation. ApöpCALIPSIS is a POPULAR revelation’.

The origin of this series of paintings on paper was already in the previous exhibition Old Gods, New Idols held at the Almudí Palace (2021), and of which some of these pieces were already part (THIS is DONE, To the gods…, Codified landscape and ANOTHER APOCALYPSE).

As a result of the work and conversations with «the incomprehensible» Cristóbal Belda, two other proposals emerged: the series ‘4 horsemen’ and the book APÖP APOC, apocryphal gospel, which will be expanded later to be presented to the public in other spaces.

Throughout the exhibition there were two musical sessions called OTHER SOUND APÖPCALYPSE.
