MAPA MENTAL es una instalación conformada por múltiples instalaciones que reunió en Centro Párraga diversos proyectos que esperaban la ocasión para presentarse en público, algunos durante más de 15 años. El resultado fue un espacio abierto en el que senderos dorados unían las distintas obras conectadas de este modo con la `veta madre´ fuente de la creación. La exposición se completaba con otras dos instalaciones ubicadas simultáneamente en el espacio PROGRESO80 configurando otro MAPA MENTAL_expandido.
MAPA MENTAL es también un recorrido conceptual y físico por la mente Claudio Aldaz. Una serie de instalaciones comisariadas por consume ESTO que reflexionan entorno a los modos en que el artista se enfrenta a la creación. Se invita así al público a experimentar el espacio y el tiempo de la producción. A comprender la composición de las piezas o retales de ideas (in)conexas del creador/artista.
El montaje del Centro Párraga (del 5 de octubre al 12 de noviembre de 2017) contó con la intervención especial de Lola Nieto y Alfonso Escudero, que participaron creando, cada uno de ellos, una pieza a partir de algunos de los objetos que el autor desechó para este montaje.

MAPA MENTAL (MENTAL or MINDMAP) is an installation made of multiple installations that brought together in Centro Párraga several projects that were waiting for the occasion to be presented in public, some of them for more than 15 years. The result was an open space in which golden paths linked the different works connected in this way with the ‘mother vein’ source of creation. The exhibition was completed with two other installations located simultaneously in the PROGRESO80 space configuring another MAPA MENTAL_expanded.
MENTAL MAP is also a conceptual and physical journey through Claudio Aldaz’s mind. A series of installations curated by consume ESTO that reflect on the ways in which the artist faces creation. The public is thus invited to experience the space and time of production. To understand the composition of the pieces or remnants of (in)connected ideas of the creator/artist.
The installation at Centro Párraga (from October 5 to November 12, 2017) counted with the special intervention of Lola Nieto and Alfonso Escudero, who participated by creating, each of them, a piece from some of the objects that the author discarded for this installation.
